QUEBEC

Freezing Rain Warning in effect for northeastern regions of the province. Accumulations between 3 and 5 millimetres are expected starting tomorrow morning.

ATLANTIC CANADA

The Weather Network has advised – “Environment and Climate Change Canada issued rainfall warnings for the peninsulas, with localized flooding being the main hazard. A low-pressure system that has brought gusty winds and persistent rain to Newfoundland is about to retrograde, moving back westward and bringing more precipitation for the Maritimes and Labrador, and this time, things will get icy.”
