MARINE ATLANTIC FERRY

Customer Notice has been issued by Marine Atlantic Ferry.

“Upgrades to the overpass located directly before Marine Atlantic’s North Sydney terminal property are underway by the Government of Nova Scotia.

Work has begun with the lanes exiting the terminal property toward the highway. Traffic moving through the area will be slowed and drivers are asked to use caution and watch for instruction from workers.

It is anticipated that work will commence in the coming days near the ticket booth entrance to our property. The majority of the work in this area, anticipated to be ongoing for several weeks, is planned for overnight hours.

Customers arriving at the terminal during impacted times will be re-directed to the security entrance at Purves Street. Marine Atlantic staff will be on hand to further direct any arriving traffic for check-in.”
