Travel may be Hazardous in both Lake Huron and Lake Ontario regions due to a Snow Squall Warning issued by Environment Canada. Squalls are expected to continue into tomorrow with 5-15cm possible. Consideration to postpone non-essential travel should be given.
MARITIME PROVINCES
The Weather Network has stated – “Significant travel disruptions are likely with the heavy snow across the Maritimes, while several hours of freezing rain puts an icy spin on much of interior Newfoundland. Weather warnings are widespread.” Multiple weather advisories have been issued by Environment Canada. Non-essential travel should be postponed due to hazardous conditions.
