Extreme Cold Warning in effect for the Prairie provinces with wind chills -40 to -45.
Snowfall Warnings also in effect starting this morning and moving easterly through to Thursday morning. Environment Canada has advised that – “Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult”. White conditions possible due to blowing snow making travel hazardous. Up to 20cm of snow can be expected.
