As per Alberta511 – Eastbound/Westbound Highway 16 – OPEN – to all traffic between the hours of 7:00am to 9:00pm MT, daily. Motorists MUST proceed directly through the park with NO stopping. Services such as fuel, food, restrooms are unavailable and should be a consideration before travelling through the park. Obey all signs and posted speed limits as there is still ongoing fire suppression activities. Be prepared for changes in visibility. Highway may close on short notice and will be closed 09:00pm to 07:00 am MT daily. Check Jasper National Park for evacuation information and updates.
