Hay River Region (including Enterprise) under a snowfall warning until this afternoon producing up to 15cm. Reduced visibility and accumulating snow may contribute to poor travel conditions and delays.
BRITISH COLUMBIA
Highway 3 – Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass expecting 15 to 20 cm of snowfall into Saturday morning. Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility may result in transportation delays.
SASKATCHEWAN
Heavy snow in northern regions of the province may result in transportation delays due to deteriorating travel conditions. Up to 20 cm expected in some areas. Snow is expected to taper off this afternoon.
MANITOBA
Starting this morning and heading into Saturday – heavy snowfall warning for northern regions of the province. Heaviest snow expected later this morning and afternoon. Travel may be difficult and power outages possible. Expect transportation delays.
QUEBEC
Environment Canada has issued a Freezing Rain warning for southern regions of the province. Travel conditions could become difficult and result in transportation delay due to icy build up on road surfaces.
