Road closures:

  • HWY 26 Eastbound / Westbound between SUNNIDALE CORNERS, Clearview and SIMCOE ROAD 22/HORSESHOE VALLEY ROAD WEST
  • HWY 7/12 Southbound between HIGHWAY 7A and SCUGOG TWP 2ND LINE, Scugog
  • HWY 7/12 Southbound at SCUGOG TWP 3RD LINE, Scugog

Winter Travel Advisory issued for regions off Lake Huron and Georgian Bay heading into this evening – Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly

QUEBEC

Multiple weather warnings for regions north east of Quebec City.  Rainfall, Wind, Winter Storm and Blowing Snow today and into tonight. Environment Canada advises postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.

MARITIME PROVINCES

Due to a mix of rain and snow across the region, there may be some delays as colder temperatures impact road conditions.  New Brunswick under heavy snowfall warning, Nova Scotia under wind warning.

NEWFOUNDLAND / LABRADOR

Multiple weather warnings for both the island and mainland. Rainfall, Wind, Freezing Rain and Snowfall warnings issued.  Dangerous road conditions expected resulting in transportation delays.
