ONTARIO

Winter Storm / Rainfall / Winter Travel Advisory issued for the province. Warnings are expected to continue into Thursday and may result in transit delays due to hazardous road conditions – rapidly accumulating snow, rain to freezing rain creating icy road conditions. Environment Canada has advised that non-essential travel should be postponed and some regions may see road closures.

QUEBEC / NEW BRUNSWICK

Similar to Ontario – multiple weather warnings issued – Snowfall, Winter Storm, Freezing Rain – ECC has stated – “…snowfall amounts near 5 centimetres are expected beginning midday Thursday. Snow will change to freezing rain in the evening and will continue into the overnight period, giving icy roads and surfaces.”  Delays expected due to poor road conditions.
