SASKATCHEWAN / MANITOBA

Special weather statement in effect for Southern SK and southwestern MB into Tuesday morning.  Up to 15cm expected.  Heavy snow will accumulate quickly resulting in transportation delays, pick up and delivery delays.

SK – Hwy 11 from Regina to Hwy 2 currently under TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED advisory.

ONTARIO

Freezing Rain advisory issued for southern areas from Sault Ste Marie towards Espanola and Manitoulin Island.

Power outages possible in addition to hazardous road conditions – possible transport delays.

Snowfall warning issued for areas from MB and MN borders across to QC border.  Up to 15 cm possible.  Deteriorating road conditions expected and may result in delivery, pick up and transport delays.

QUEBEC

Montreal, Lanaudière, Lachute, Montérégie may see up to 10mm of freezing rain.  Travel expected to be difficult due to icy road conditions. Possible power outages.  Transport delays are expected.

NEW BRUNSWICK

Snowfall, ice pellets and freezing rain expected for the province into Wednesday morning.  System is likely to intensify tomorrow night. Hazardous road conditions are possible and delays in pick ups, deliveries and transport are expected.

NOVA SCOTIA

Northern and eastern mainland regions can expect ice pellets and freezing rain into Wednesday.  System is expected to intensify Tuesday evening.  Delays in transport and power outages are possible.

PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

Special weather statement into Wednesday morning for the province due to significant snowfall, ice pellets and freezing rain.  Travel conditions are expected to be hazardous leading to transport delays.

NEWFOUNDLAND / LABRADOR

Burgeo-Ramea area under Winter Storm warning.  Heavy blowing snow expected into Tuesday morning resulting in poor travel conditions.  Non-essential travel should be postponed.  Transportation delays expected.
