Nova Scotia / Prince Edward Island – may experience freezing rain in excess four hours tomorrow. Environment Canada stated – “A prolonged period of freezing rain may result in significant ice accretion on untreated surfaces and utility lines. Warnings may be required as this event draws nearer. There remains some uncertainty in the timing of the onset of freezing rain due to the slow movement of the associated low pressure system.”
