BRITISH COLUMBIA

Environment Canada has issued the following statement – “Two low pressure systems in quick succession will bring heavy snow to White Pass and gusty inflow winds producing near zero visibility in snow and blowing snow beginning Monday evening. The heaviest snow is forecast to end Tuesday afternoon but a continued onshore flow giving periods of snow through Tuesday night. There’s uncertainty as to the exact amount of snow and total accumulation may be significantly higher. In addition, there’s potential for blizzard-like conditions if the wind are stronger.”
