SASKATCHEWAN

Snowfall and Blowing Snow advisory in effect for much of the southern and eastern regions of the province.  Up to 35 cm possible by Thursday morning.  Hazardous travel expected and non-essential travel should be postponed. Transportation, pick up and deliveries across the province will be delayed due to TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED warnings.

MANITOBA

Travel conditions expected to deteriorate today for southern regions of the province due to Snowfall warning bringing up to 25cm.  Power outages and road closures possible, contributing to delays in transport, pick up and delivery.

ONTARIO

Prolonged freezing rain warning in effect for southern regions. Utility outages and tree damage possible.  Transportation, pick up and delivery delays are expected due to dangerous road conditions. High risk areas include Orangeville, Fergus, Guelph, Cambridge, Brampton, Hamilton and Niagara.  GTA may see mix of snow and ice pellets heading into the afternoon and evening.

NEWFOUNDLAND

Winter storm warning in effect for the Island’s eastern areas. Blowing snow, strong winds and freezing drizzle (blizzard like conditions) will contribute to hazardous road conditions.  Non-essential travel should be avoided. Delays in transport, pick up and deliveries are likely.  TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED east and south of Clarenville (including St. John’s).
