Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure has issued a Hazardous Road Conditions Alert due to high winds and blizzard like conditions. Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure is asking motorist to avoid driving on all roadways in southern Manitoba as conditions are worsening and visibility is near zero with multiple highways being closed.
