Transportation, pick up and deliveries across the province will be delayed due to TRAVEL NOT RECOMMENDED warnings.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>MANITOBA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Travel conditions expected to deteriorate today for southern regions of the province due to Snowfall warning bringing up to 25cm.\u00a0 Power outages and road closures possible, contributing to delays in transport, pick up and delivery.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theweathernetwork.com\/en\/news\/featured\">https:\/\/www.theweathernetwork.com\/en\/news\/featured<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>ONTARIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prolonged freezing rain warning in effect for southern regions. Utility outages and tree damage possible.\u00a0 Transportation, pick up and delivery delays are expected due to dangerous road conditions. High risk areas include Orangeville, Fergus, Guelph, Cambridge, Brampton, Hamilton and Niagara.\u00a0 GTA may see mix of snow and ice pellets heading into the afternoon and evening.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>NEWFOUNDLAND<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Winter storm warning in effect for the Island&#8217;s eastern areas.
