BLACK ICE ALERT FOR OTTAWA REGION
Freezing rain moving into Ottawa region overnight tonight and into tomorrow morning posing travel risks due to BLACK ICE as well as FOG. Delays are expected due to hazardous road conditions. Highest impact areas are eastern Ontario Arnprior to Cornwall, Richelieu Valley, QC and Highway 7 near Perth.
